i don't usually want to judge people. it's very easy to form biased opinions of people that way. and then it becomes almost too easy to spoil relations with those people.

but i find myself being more and more judgmental these days.

this whole issue seems so literature-ish.

and i feel like a gulliver. won't bother elaborating further.

there are two kinds of gifted people in this world.

those who manage to develop their gifts in a suitable environment.

and those whose gifts conflict with their environment.

everybody's gifted; just that human institutions (of academia, sport, art and so on) selects for specific gifts which not everybody is entitled to possess (given genetic and environmental variation).

resulting in a perception that some people are un-gifted.

so which kind of gifted person are you?

which kind of gifted person am i?

feel free to rubbish that theory by the way. it's highly unlikely that a young kid like me can come up with something like that in just 5 minutes.

i think i need someone to talk to. seriously. seriously.
